Quality Assurance Engineer
Quality Assurance Engineer: Develop, design and coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) test plans through Quality Center. Write and execute test cases and/or scripts. Document results. Engage in design and implementation of QA program (organizational and project level). Engage in QA constructions documents and data collection, analysis, QA testing (functional system, regression, acceptance, stress, cross-browser, security, compatibility and integration) and load testing using HP tools and logging defects in Quality Center Software. Handle defects and life cycle. Mentor QA analysts. Assist in identifying and resolving system and/or requirement deficiencies. Enter, monitor and close software issues in database. Assist with software releases, technical specifications and engineering tasks. Assemble software validation reports and testing across multiple platforms. Identify, develop and implement departmental standards and process improvements. Ensure full project tests conducted and related test plans run for all system changes. Requires a Master’s degree in Engineering (or foreign equivalent) plus 2 years experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or foreign equivalent) plus 5 years experience. 40 hours per week. Quality Assurance Engineer

Apply agile testing methodology. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve program, system and subsystem deficiencies and process improvements. Create and document bug reports. Prepare test cases and scripts. Document test case execution and test phases during product qualification insuring compliance with FDA guidelines. Assemble client specific software validation packages. Create Test Data required for test scenarios. Managing and testing change controls. Performing software testing across multiple platforms like .Net, Java and IBM Mainframe. Enter information, maintain and close software related issues and document results in Quality Center. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology (or foreign equivalent) plus 2 years experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology (or foreign equivalent) plus 5 years experience. 40 hours per week. This is an entry level position responsible for maintaining and overseeing the compliance program across all departments at OmniComm Systems Inc.
Software Developers perform a variety of application design and coding tasks related to software development.
This position is responsible for maintaining, optimizing and providing 24/7 support of the database management systems for OmniComm’s core product offerings based on Oracle and Microsoft database technologies. Primarily provide DBA support for the Oracle infrastructure which includes programming, installation, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting issues for a commercially hosted 3-tier application in a high availability environment. Support in optimizing database performance and manage all database upgrades or migrations. Interface with the software development team to provide database design work and support. Ideal candidate will also possess a similar DBA skillset around Microsoft SQL 2005 and newer.
