Client Service and Support

Your client services and support team at OmniComm is made up of a dedicated group of clinical research and software professionals that are committed to the success of your trial. On a typical project, your team will consist of the following roles:

• Deployment Engineer

The team is committed to ensuring that each person who accesses the trial feels the system is “on their side”. Even first time users feel comfortable because our EDC software is so intuitive and easy to use.

Every OmniComm customer is assigned an Executive Sponsor - a member of the OmniComm leadership team who is ultimately responsible for overall quality and customer satisfaction.
